not sure about the rest, but it seems like with govt incentives on electric vehicles winding down - they are settling into an adoption curve that is coming back down to earth. That's actually a good thing though! EVs need to be financially competitive without subsidies in order to affect wide scale change

@nicwaller the caveat here is that insects as a food source are still an improvement on meat consumption. Compared to eating only plants maybe you're right but the majority of the planet eats a lot of meat

Realistically, how do the cost curves of storage +wind/solar look when compared to the conventional alternatives? I feel like that will decide when the transition will really start in earnest

@jamiroquai very cool. I guess it goes without saying that using a clothesline to air dry is the best eco-choice but this is a nice alternative in the winter months. I wonder about the materials used in the dryer balls themselves... how sustainable might those be?
